"My student's enjoyed the story and coloring their balloons. I teach in a special education K-5 classroom and my babies sat in their seats the entire time as you read the story. You were very engaging and throughout the day some would say Poppi pointing to the smart board." A. Moss, teacher

"The reading of Where's Poppi was thought-provoking and healing for our students. It led to an open discussion about their experiences and emotions concerning the death of loved ones. We really appreciate you sharing with the students." G. Faison, principal

"[My daughter] was so excited to tell me about this [virtual book reading at her school]. The fact that this is her “Book of Choice” for read aloud at home coupled with the fact that you mentioned her name during the reading has healed some hurt places in our daughter’s life." Linda S., parent

"Kendra Timberlake visited our 1st and 2nd grade classrooms. The students loved Wild-Haired Poet and so did our teachers and principal - a fantastical experience for all!" C. Welch, teacher
